• just have 2 problem children and also 2 missing gms but otherwise the groups are done

  • The event will run saturday sunday
  • $5 entry with a raffle ticket
  • Alistair suggested auctioning fog of love with a starting bid of $40
  • Event will from 4pm to 9am
  • We will be doing a pizza run payment will be at the door
  • Profit split is the same as last year
• Jackie: Make sure to contact GMs and ask them for a preferred time
• Jackie asks if we want to also auction off the uncharity auction items

• Emerald: Currently not legally allowed to have one under current restrictions
  • University body has defined our camp as a school camp
  • School camps are not allowed to run
  • This will be reviewed in 3 weeks when term goes back for public schools
  • We will find out the final answer then

  • We still need to do first aiders, emergency drivers and RSA even tho we won't plan activities just yet

• Air conditioning people came
• Not at 7am
• Tenancy and campus maintenance took notice of bronk air con
  • They're handling it now
  • With a pleasant expediancy
  • its on the way and we dont have to pay for an aircon guy
  • The final update is that we are definitely gonna get a new system in place
  • They are looking at specs with the contractors now
  • There will be plague related delays

Table ¶

• They got back to Emerald
• Emerald: Terrible News
  • We all loved the 25cm border
  • But it does add $660 to the price
  • Total price with shipping and handling included is $6209 with 25cm border
  • We go to mid 5s with a 20cm Border
  • Committee generally agress that the money is better spent elsewhere
  • Emerald playing devils advocate: This is an investment, a table that will be with the club for longer than everyone at the table
    • If that is the case is $660 a worthwhile expenditure for investing in the clubs future
    • Committee moves to a vote for 25cm border table
    • 6 for, 2 against, 2 abstentions

• Emerald: Congratulations we're getting a table kinda based

  • Chris: Only Kinda?
  • Emerald: You're right this is based
  • Alistair: tables work better when they're based

• Emerald: They want a 50% deposit to do it

  • Jackie will place the 50% deposit of $3104.50
  • Emerald motions for a vote for Jackie to be reimbursed

Classification system ¶

• Vikrum has said nothing to Luna on classification system
• Luna had some thoughts they were erased when laptop crashed
• The only classification that exists for rpg systems are genre
• Luna would like a quality based system where Rpgs align with particular quality
• Emerald sugests doing die size, complexity, and rule weight

Texas: Teach Luna how to add boardgames to the library
