- Got to LARP a ditsy bard in someone else's DnD murder mystery, I pissed off many people, I had fun

- Chris:
    - it sure has been a week since last committee meeting
    - it sure hasn't felt like a week since last committee meeting
    - I sure haven't done anything since last committee meeting
    - actually that's wrong I attended subcom meeting
- Luna (previously Amber)
    - I'm obviously really good at writing session notes on account of constantly forgetting to put in a significant plot event.
    - Work definitely has work.
    - Two (?) more Westmarche sessions left for me.
    - Was hoping for more time with friends due to less work this week, but this isn't the case.
    - Finally caved at got a proper WIFI dongle for my desktop, now I have internet.
    - Minecraft? No, just craft, no Mine.
    - That feeling when you are going to a committee meeting, and see another committee member going in the opposite direction.
- Nina:
    - Did changes to unit things
    - Spent the last week or so dealing with my Honours units doing a little switcheroo
        - Confusing times
    - Hopefully it all gets solved
    - Also have deferred exam in a week

            - This has a possible problem with sticker printing
    - Pay for entry with door prize
    - Unlikely combined raffle
    - Usual Pizza run will happen

- Donald is here to talk about website updates
- Lots of features have been added:
    - We can now send emails to people without lagging the website
    - When members borrow, the website will remind people the day before and on the day their items are due
    - Cool new admin interface
    - There's a blog/newspost thing
        - Can be used for minutes, announcements
        - Posts can be saved as a draft and be published at a certain time
        - An email can be sent out to members to notify them of the blog post
    - Library:
        - Shoutout to Jackie for database entry
        - Games have min, max, and average play time now
    - Members can now change email preferences themselves!
- Donald will show commitee how to use everything, as well as write some "how-to-use" documentation
- Donald has also written a guide for signing up people at O-Day
- The new website static areas need updating! (Donald just copied and pasted from the old website)
    - We should also have photos!
    - Gonna bother Alaura
- In progress:
    - Library strike system
    - Ability to delete all data
        - Borrowing records (1 year) and memberships (2 years)
    - Make it trivial to change the logo
