### President's Report (Alistair):

- It has certainly been a day (screaming)
- I have done some of my emails but not all of them
- Clare and I are gonna talk about panto at some point this week
- Having a time but it's fine
- Uncharity meeting this Thursday

### Vice-President's Report (Emerald):

- just when you think you're completely overwhelmed with work, you get to stay home and sleep in because you might have plague!
- bullied icons about joint camp
- have not been in to grab the items but that might be a good thing, results pending
- that's all i'm worried i'm sick

### Treasurer's Report (Jackie):

- i didn’t do library entry and watched the percy jackson movies instead sorry team
    - sorry removed
- helped donald w email stuff for the website & other library stuff
- did shirt research, contacted people and have 2/3 quotes
- had a meeting w kieran about old wargaming gear and have bought back notes
- bought terrain painting stuff w amelia from tactics
- also just did a food run

- Getting back into the swing of full-time work so I haven't had the chance to do the newsletter yet
- Made space crime happen in the Firefly one shot

### Librarian's Report (Vikrum):

- Oh jeez I managed to find a rental during the hottest property market I've ever seen in my lifetime, would not recommend the stress
- Book buy is ready and waiting
- Will do some data entry when I don't live in a hotel

### Fresher Rep's Report (Ethan):

- Still working almost full time
- Experienced a Karen moment at work
- Posting fresher gm interest form rn
- Played card games with amber
- Shockingly low amount of crimes
- Have 1 round blue bear +/- the distanceof the unigames clubroom

- Amber:
    - Work really makes me do less in a week.
    - Got my first paycheck.
    - We have so little backlog of work to do.
    - Fun triple visit to the pharmacy to get my meds.
    - Overcomplicated a combat with triangles.
    - Running a game with school shenanigans and drama is interesting when one of your players is just overwhelming better at school shit talk than you are.
    - Went clubbing for the first time, had fun night with friend.
    - Drunk alcohol.
    - New name Luna, seeing if I prefer it.
- Chris:
    - pro stabby freedom
    - i have been designated rock climbing person by local rock climbing person
    - this is a huge honour and thus i will submit my official application to jockmittee

- Nina:
    - Historical boardgames EMP got approved
    - Just created the event! It's on Wednesday and I hope to see yall there :)
    - Just a shoutout to our VP Emerald for being amazing, hope you don't have the plague!
- Texas:
    - apparently started the new skub with talking about stabby

    - bullied by jackie in dominion and terraforming mars

- Terrain
    - Kieran and Jackie had a meeting about the terrain
    - Jackie has some notes from the meeting about what to throw out (offer to memberbase) and what to keep
    - It's important to make sure the terrain available is good for introductory players
    - Kieran and Jackie will go through the terrain in more detail at a later date once committee has decided on the next steps
    - Getting new terrain to fit gaps in our collection is also a possibility

#### Shirt Stuff

- Jackie recieved a quote
- Yellow shirts have fixed white print colours if we want black shirts as well
- 3-4 weeks for shirts from sending in the design
    - So shirts might be here for O-Day if we're lucky
- We'll ask for pre-orders from the community and get the order in by Monday
- Committee must decide one the yellow we use:
    - Mustard yellow
        - Works better with white text but no a pretty colour
    - Yellow, Lemon
        - Hard to read white text
- Emerald suggests we could do white and yellow shirts instead of black and yellow and could therefore have black text
    - White shirts can be tie dyed which is cool
- We can quickly poll the community to see what colours they would rather and follow it with the pre-order post
