### President's Report (Alistair):

- it sure is prod week
- week 3 of my fun hell time
- as it turns out, if somebody gets me talking about dnd while i am a little bit toasted, i do a scottish accent
    - and i was fully cognisant of it at the time
- prod week is going well
    - you should come see the show!
- will be missing atleast the saturday of relay bc prod week
- nutted one out (the best club application)

- hey y'all i hope you're all well
- my mum got a puppy so im puppysitting today
- went to soc this week, soc regs are grr but wrote a feedback email
- AND eleanor was really nice about it all
- roleplay ran a okay! pizza was chill
- getting close to the end of semester everyone! keep putting in the hard work!! TY for reading the minutes <333333

### Treasurer's Report (Jackie):

- love going to a socpac meeting and having the cam hall people be the only people who have any comments lol
- submitted the best prez app & also photos for the best club app
- roleplayed for life longer than i did last year
    - god i miss dnd
- we're getting thru it (semester) folks

### Secretary's Report (Gwen):

- doing a test atm
- I'm real proud of everyone for how much you all raised for charity at roleplay
- come see the show on Friday!! It's gonna be awesome

### Librarian's Report (Vikrum):

- hi there
- no one's here at the moment for multicultural week because I'm right next to the K-pop dancefloor so even if they were, it would be like teaching board games at a nightclub, fun!
    - vikrum is here now and left the event early
- got a budget to be approved for halloween
- running Westmarches
- working on the RPG classification system

### Fresher Rep's Report (Ethan):

- passed driving test can now drive food runs
    - fuck you DOT
- also did RP for life, GMed
    - alistair was the only one who survived, jazz and chris were goose

### Reports de la OCM (Amber, Chris, Nina, Texas):
- Amber:
    - Did my weekly finances and realised I spent over $1000 last week.
    - Went to Roleplay for Life, GM'd a 8 player game, couldn't stay up the entire night.
    - Got Pfizer shot #1
        - Can't lift my arm more than 5 degrees
        - Kept thinking I was sleeping my arm wrong.
    - Will start doing Slay the Spire screenings next week.
- Chris:
    - Went to Roleplay! 'Twas very fun
    - non-descript is in itself a descriptor
    - i sure did get to play my westmarches character without them dying for once
    - Relay Hype!
- Nina:
    - in assignment hell
    - hope everyone else is doing well!
    - had a cam hall-o-ween meeting last week, finalised a lot of the venue plans, and we have a budget for committee to approve :)
- Texas:
    - roleplay happened! It was really good :)
    - 34 hours no sleep
    - figured out how to solve a 2x2 Rubik's cube
    - thought about dnd and not much else
    - 3 dragons

#### Roleplay for Life [Sat 25/9 - Sun 26/9]

- a bunch of people showed up
    - 24 people attending
- we raised $1039.45 in cash
- and about ~$400 online
    - shoutout to captain fuzzyface who donated £50 which became like $103 aud
- had two tables going the whole time until chris' game
