- panto is fianlly over... huzzah
- I intendend to go to Tactics this morning... but woke up at 12:30
- I have various bits and bobs to do

- I am sorry for writing a report
- I did complete my propoisiton for the coffee tables to buy
- I have had a very bad haricut and am very upset about it
- Happy nearly birthday Jackie
- Hope everyone is having a wonderful holidays

### Treasurer's Report (Jackie):

- unfortunately not a bday committee meeting like last year
- my RSA is still.. at the same level of completion as last meeting uhhhhhhhh
    - it'll be done by next week i swear
- did a 10 min joint [redacted] meeting
- helped host the Unigames goes to Panto event

### Secretary's Report (Gwen):

- I was in panto! The Unigames team was so supportive that I missed a line 
- Literally the day after the final show I got vertigo... still got it
- Had the first quiz night meeting on Sunday
- UWASCA Collab first meeting shall happen soon
- I sent out the newsletter on Tuesday!

### Librarian's Report (Vikrum):

- I got the last of hte book buy
- I brought Firefly!
    - it's in the car, but it is sort of here
- Haven't done much other library stuff
- Just been playing a bunch of RPGs
- Classification system is coming along fine

- Chaired Westmarche Meeting
- Put up painting day event
- Discovered that iCarly is Italian
- Paint Buylist

- Amber:
     - Finalised all the stuff for Numenera One-Shot Night (29/06)
    - I have a severe dislike of Facebook
    - New campaign hype
    - Wow, the amount of things I have done compared to last week has tanked
    - Congratulations everyone for getting past the solstice
    - I continue to hate Facebook for auto-transforming my text (Congratulations makes screen confetti when you click it, and there is no way to stop it)
    - Happy Birthday Jackie 

- Chris:
    - Sorry I didn't submit a report
    - Finally got the team photo uploaded
    - My party split and my party payed the consequences
    
- Nina:
    - ran the post-semester board games, there was a decent turnout of 5 people which was v chill
    - uwasca collab is progressing, we now have a whenisgood to see when everyones free!
    - sorry i cant be there everyone, love you all xx
    - especially jackie because HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I'll give you belated hugs when i see you next

- Texas:
    - went to panto! Gwen did really good and shout out to Alistair and the other techs for doing a fantastic job keeping it on track :))

    - 2 GMs are all good to go
    - Loft has been booked out



#### Magic: The Gavining

- Next prerelease is in a month
    - It's the Sunday of camp :(
    - Alistair emailed Tactics and they said we can put packs on hold until the following Sunday
    - We'll probably do that

- Got an email from manjedal, they want money
- Minimum is now 30 people, which we must pay soon
- Currently have 23 signups
- We have enough buffer to get over 30 people's worth
- Jackie and Alistair need to do some quiz night prep

- Coffee Table
    - To the drive! (just committee)
        - Emerald has compiled possible coffee tables
    - Emerald has found her favourite: Nyboda (from IKEA)
        - Would get 1 big version (where current coffee table is now), 2 small versions (for drinks into the corner, not next to the big version)
        - Quite minimalist
        - Can fit 4 bosnas total under them and doesn't have lip to stop them from going underneath like many other coffee tables
        - Also doesn't extend over the legs so walking around the table is easier
        - Middling in price range
    - Jackie can't read tape measures
    - We like the Nyboda, in the black
        - Texas, Emerald and the winner of the fight to the death will go to IKEA
        - The trip will happen after Busy Bee
        - Cost: $157
- We're also gettting new couches soon... not the vampire sex couch though
