- My players have been walking for 5 days

- wrapped up charity vigil!
- me and taylor almost chose hive to use for our compsci project

### Secretary's Report (Gwen):

- I was in the room yesterday for like most of the day... imagine
- I did them regulations on the website
    - I still know PHP apparently
- I looked at some Westmarche, you guys (Amber, Ethan, Vikrum, Chris, Keifer) are doing a brilliant job :D

### Librarian's Report (Vikrum):

- Feeling like that dried out husk of a Wojack rn
- Fog of Love is still missing, but I'm as determined as the protagonist of a shonen anime
- I've been doing things in Westmarches, defending spaghetti from the encroaching *steampunk* robots
- I've attached a complicated image that will be used later for the library section

### Fresher Rep's Report (Ethan):

- Wrote and submitted the EMP for Wk 9 boardgames
- Booked the loft twice
- Finished the Ghillie suit (Ty Ghillie Gang)
- Put up some emotes :maushat: :Jackiesip:
- Wrote up sales spreadsheet
- Made updated pricelist sorry Jackie ;-;
- Chaired a Westmarche Lore meeting
- Went to final subcommittee meeting

### Reports de la OCM (Amber, Chris, Nina, Texas):

- Amber:
    - Last week was not my week and its already Thursday.
    - Did not work of Westmarche as much as I wanted to.
    - At least the cold makes for nice sleepy weather.
    - Somehow managed to put SLT in my calendar the wrong date so missed that :(
    - Trying to run people in a group assessment sure makes me appreciate how competent Unigames is.
    - Commander is fun, sorry for committing crimes by playing Hearthstone :D
   
- Chris:
    - had a good study break, got way too much sleep
    - discussed Westmarches stuff
    - got dibs on spaghetti pirates
    - finally cold weather. This is my optimal environment
    - Finally didn't submit my report late
        - Gwen is very proud
    
- Nina:
    - i did... sleep??? This week
    - decided to drop down to 3 units! (Thnx emerald)
    - honestly not much else has happened of late
    - you're all spared my long ass reports for yet another week, enjoy it while it lasts

- Texas:
    - went to a murder mystery and it was the most middle suspicious person
    - walked face first into a telescope in front of a small crowd
    - made some posters
    - this weather is making me a tad homesick
    - in unrelated news I'm mentally prepping for Rootin' Tootin' which is tomorrow and people should come :)
    - bonus points to anyone who knows the Texas Activation Song
    - i have one dragon
        - Alistair and Vikrum immediately win bonus points

#### Unigames [Redacted] [Friday 16/7/21 - Monday 19/7/21]:

- EMP has been submitted
- Alistair put poll up to ask committee about certifications
- We need 2 RSAs and 2 First Aids each day. Also food safety
    - Alistair and Emerald will be RSAs
        - Jackie will maybe get one
    - First aid is Guild subsidised for $85 pp
        - All of committee (except Vikrum) wants to get first aid
        - Vikrum hates humanity... but he also has most of his First Aid apparently so it's okay
    - Food Safety is free!
    - Committee members without certifications will be on dish duty
- Main activties we will run: Assassins, Quiz Night, LARP, Debates
    - Assassins: 
        - Normally run by Alistair
        - Emerald will be Assassins queen with Vikrum as her pet
        - Make up a funny name and attach some pegs to people
            - I didn't use that word on purpose
    - LARP: 
        - Attack with pool noodles
        - Easy to run
        - Amber and Nina keen to run LARP (Emerald will be coach)
    - Debates:
        - Gotta come up with topics
        - Easy to moderate
            - It's a clusterfuck of arguments

- Taylor has been bothered about table stuff

    - she will not get her table back until she gets us a table

- Cupboards
    - Let's talk about cupboards
    - Emerald has been on the deep IKEA web and has come up with 4 options (in order of price):
        - IVAR: pine cabinet, 30cm deep (not much), paintable, no legs, 83cm tall
        - BRIMNES: similar but 41cm deep, could get with glass doors (lol no), 95cm tall
        - HAVASTA: false wood, 35cm deep, 123cm tall, 
        - IDASEN: the metal one, fancy lock option, drawers, 119cm tall, 47cm deep
    - Before we make cupboard decisions we should find out depth of cameron hall cupboards

- Coffee Table
    - Jackie and Emerald found the IKEA coffee table
    - It has been redesigned to circular
    - We're going to have to find an alternative coffee table that can fit 6 bosnas under
        - We don't need 6 bosnas though since we don't want more seats in the room than we can have people
        - Table that fits 4 bosnas? It'd be shorter and wider
