- I didn't go to Crafternoon because there was supposed to be a UCC busy bee
- and then there wasn't
- Didn't have a chance to go get boxes to do a sealed league so I'll get to that next week
- Didn't have a camp meeting last night because things are mostly just waiting
- Instead I [REDACTED] to a [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]
- ngl it's not been a great week for committee business
- Also I went to a meeting with Complaints to talk about things, and everything seems fine-ish

### Vice-President's Report (Taylor):

- Went to the complaints meeting, was very productive
- Apparently camp meetings only occur on nights when I am asleep
- helped jackie get started with semester grants
- did some constitution editing
    - asterisk: of unisfa's constitution
- forgot my laptop today so um yeah
    - OH and i did like three loads of washing the past two days

- attended dice bag crafternoon!! very good event congrats @ josh and gwen for good event
- did a big deposit
- learnt the way of semester grants w taylor
- my japanese lecturer said we had two weeks left in this semester during class and i felt myself physically evaporate!! good luck for ur classes, nerds reading the minutes!!
- I GOT CHERISH/TU'AMA CHARMS AND NOW ONE OF THEM LIVES ON THE TREZ KEYS
- excited and trepidation at relay!! mostly excited though
- get hype for relay + quiz night nerds!

- I got sick again but I’m better now
- had to miss out on the crafterboon and didn’t even get a work shift out of it
- did book buying gonna pick things up Tuesday
- hoarding my questions for quiz night
- I’ve realised I can just get rid of games from the library I’m gonna clean out the library

- was mostly busy with uni this week

- The question of nonstudent gatekeepers has been raised
    - Consensus that we shan't allow for nonstudent gatekeepers until the hours restriction is lifted
    - That said, if you're around during the day and the room is shut, message us

    - Some confusion about the event description - we didn't include the name in marketing, which was funny to us, but confusing to potential attendees
    - Let's be more nuanced if we do that strategy again

- Deltragreen oneshot [Monday 19/10]
    - GMs are starting to be recruited, and EMP has been started, loft booking email has been sent

- Subsequent RPG oneshot [four weeks from now]:
    - Exams start on Halloween. Therefore, are we still willing to run RPG nights in exam/holiday time?
    - Let's stay the current course and see how interest fares

- Painting day [Tuesday 6/10]
    - Three people including Kyle, went pretty well!
    - Chilled and painted models

- Progress has been made!
- Jarcus has the numbers for online ticket sales, and Aoibhinn has the numbers for the alcohol selling
- Jackie and Taylor are not fully able to trust Unigames' side of the notes, have volunteered to work with someone who was part of the event to doublecheck

- Cash total update, was actually $994.95
- So the final total was $27 lower than what we thought

- Event went really well!
- Uwasca were good to work with and we got excellent feedback
- Final numbers should tick in soon
- Gwen highly recommends Uwasca for collabing future events
- Consideration of another crafternoon - discussion of cloaks, which would be higher commitment
- If you missed out on a dice bag, the leftover packs (instructions + fabric) will be sold!

#### Relay [Saturday 10/10]:

- relay is happening this saturday!!!!
- setup is happening 10am - 11:30am. please show up to help out if you are able

- Lightmittie update
    - The posters were erroneous last week and hadn't been put up outside camhall
    - Cormac was tasked with redesigning them, but there is no sign of them appearing
    - The posters that are currently in cam hall do not have the correct pricing on them
    - Causing a lot of confusion with people buying in the rooms
    - The price error likely was not amended in the new edit
    - A great deal of confusion over whether there is a table price
    - Good thing there's a meeting tomorrow

    - It's happening

#### OGM [1pm Friday 23/10]:
- Alistair resubmitted the EMP, god those old EMPs are the worst

#### CAMP in 3D [20/11-23/11]:

- Didn't have a meeting this week, mostly just waiting for confirmation of who can fill which roster roles
    - Gozz can be an emergency driver
    - Only waiting on one more RSA
- Unisfa and Unigames have sold all their tickets, while UCC has a lot left over. Discussion of rearranging which rooms we're keeping tickets in.
- Anyone who walks into Unigames wanting a ticket can be redirected to UCC.
- So far have never had an issue of losing a ticket sale due to lack of tickets in one room
