### President's Report (Alistair):

- Fixed Roleplay EMP and got the After Hours Access approved
- Ran the prerelease
- Went to the final camp approval meetings with Merlin
- We got the camp EMP approved!!
- Finished up the ticket selling paperwork
- Printed off a whole load of forms, posters and tickets
- Bought my camp ticket
- Put up the camp facebook event
- Oh god roleplay is in two days

### Vice-President's Report (Taylor):

- Called legal aid
- Confused legal aid
- Somehow acquired a ticket to guild ball
- Had 8 vials of blood stolen
- Booked an appointment to get my hair to match the Unigames logo again
- Was actually on track to be at a camp meeting until it got cancelled
- Actually did some uni work
- Regaled committee with stories of the before times
- Hype for Roleplay

#### OGM [1pm Friday 23/10]:

- event is up! scheduled! in arts lecture room 4!!!! capacity of 40 people

- If we want to push constitutional changes, we will need them up 4 days ahead of time. Taylor and Alistair will set a soft deadline of seven days for themselves

- Taylor spoke to Legal Aid today, searching for guidance about getting a constitution healthcheck. Spent a lot of time on hold. Was recommended to look elsewhere for a private laywer.
- Taylor's proposal to get in touch with SOC, bringing up Unisfa's recent GM, stating we need to review our constitution at our next GM
- Gozz and Taylor's inspection of the constitution has returned: our constitution doesn't have exactly the same loophole as unisfa, the process for expulsion is a bit dicey, but the definition of a banned member isn't so refutable
- There will be some rewrites to make the bastard watertight on the operating procedures we already have
- The expulsion process will be adjusted from automatically going to trial at a GM, to having the option to be appealed at a GM

#### CAMP in 3D (now un[REDACTED]) [20/11-23/11]:

- taylor immediately makes the three deez nuts joke
- the EMP has been approved, tickets are available for sale in the clubroomz
- there is a poll in the committee page to tick if you have bought a ticket
- BUY TICKETS (we have SEVEN in the room) (there are none online)
    - there is an initial run of 36
    - nine of those are the event organisers
    - a couple of extras are reserved for necessary persons
    - each club has nine tickets (including reserved)
    - the last fourteen are being released when we go to phase 5 (there will be a waitlist)
- earlybirds expire nov 6th

## Room Update:

- Reopening of cameron hall
    - Nonstudents are permitted in the room on weekdays from 8am-7pm
    - The doors have been unlocked for that timespan so that means contact tracing at the door is no longer occurring

    - The room is cleaned!!
    - Alistair forgot to message people
    - Next inspection will be on "Monday?????"
    - We had a cleanup on this Saturday just gone, just in case
    - Waiting on Omar for the new schedule
