- Somehow the drive from Donnelly>Mandurah was way shorter than from Mandurah>Perth
- Do not feel rested at all rip
- Too many things to do
- Camp meetings have moved to Wednesday my dudes
- Excited to move the committee meeting again

- hi everyone
- this week i did some more board game fixing up
- rebound a book that was technically last week but don't worry about that last part
- went to tactics and found some cool new board games
- finally, i did two days of work orientation and completely forgot about the second one until i was almost late but it's fine

### Fresher Rep's Report (Alice):

- The freshers are alive, and we'll hopefully be seeing them soon.
- Sent a message out to all the fresher gms. Basically, pls come back and repopulate cam hall but also be nice to ppl who can't also byod.
- Cleaned the clubroom so we didn't have to have to have a busy bee
- Bought a bunch of stuff for the clubroom. Some of it smells terrible,.some of it smells like berries. Jackie already has the stuff.

- Ash:
    - back to the living (aka has constant reception)
    - haven't done anything club related except vibe™️ (gotta rep the brand at this point)
- Gwen:
    - Currently dying with food poisoning, writing this report is taking all my current energy
    - Come to the club room opening event on Sunday y’all
    - I couldn’t do the EMP cuz of sickness
- Josh:
    - Hopefully I should arrive soon to the meeting but will probably not be there at the start, otherwise from next week onwards I should be able to make it on time
    - Unisfa has chosen reps for uwasca crossover (Aoibiann and Felix I think) and so progress should be occurring over the next week. Hopefull I have made a group chat by the time y’all are reading this

#### Board Games

- Grand reopening board games [This Sunday, 4pm]:
    - Gwen is ill and the EMP has not been completed
    - We also got told that we're not allowed to book the loft
    - So this means we can't have a full scale event, but we can still tell people we're reopening
    - Several committee members will be present to ensure the formalities can commence
    - Come along!!

#### RPGs

- Do What You Want RPG Night [Saturday in 2 weeks]
    - Emerald is organising and will make a facebook post to review people
    - Alice learns about Weezer and also Amelia Earhart

#### Magic

- Bit late but jumpstart has been released on paper and arena
    - It's fun
- Double master spoilers have started on the discord

#### Wargames

- Kyle has shared a spreadsheet with committee of new wargame assets we could buy
    - Kyle has mapped out one table's worth of terrain from three different sellers 
        - Knights of Dice (Aus, significantly cheaper, lower durability)
        - Games Workshop (UK Based, fancy and pretty)
        - OTP (WA based, Kyle is acquainted with the owner, durable)

- Kyle will be getting the starter set for 9th edition of warhammer, may donate the rulesbook to the club

#### Fresher Campaigns

- Alice has informed the fresher GMs that the room will be reopening, informing them that it's preferable to use the loft. They seem generally keen
- Otherwise everything is going ok

- Clubs are broadly on board with skipping halloween this year
- No serious decision has been made, but no one has claimed this hill to die on

- UCC is figuring out if a LAN is viable
- (Patrick Warburton voice) oh yeah it's all coming together
- LARP activities
    - Playing a tourney, necromancer, and the triple game was plenty to wear people out last year

- New Hygiene Rules
    - All new rules have been put in place
    - They need to be printed on a rules poster
    - Emerald has queries about how to do contact tracing on board games that people touch/short term borrow in the room
    - Proposes a clipboard that people can write themselves down on
    - This sounds like a good plan

- Ash has another place she can complete a course for cheaper, so she is taken off our list.
