### President's Report (Alistair):
- did the d&d oneshot, went well
- have been dealing with clubroom shenanigans, working with other clubs in cam hall to figure out solutions
- have had several meetings with guild - have completed the backlog but need to schedule more
- have been going flat out! everyone send alistair your spirit

### Vice-President's Report (Taylor):
- as with alistair, week has been dominated by various crises
- literally was distracted by business from typing her report
- been in communications with other committees to discuss both interclub activies and tenancy reallocations
- has been following up on complaints and also grants (resolved!)
- attended busy bee
- helped do data entry for membership list
- celebrating the end of AGM season
- has received 1,973 facebook notifications since tenancy stuff started

### Treasurer's Report (Jackie):
- attended busy bee, helped with data entry
- baby did her first deposit!! (minutes before guild finance closed)
- member came in today asking about magic booster packs, we might not have any?

    - has learnt that the exact secret hitler envelopes are available but you have to buy a huge pack for $19, so considering other options like card sleeves

    - signed up as prosh marshal (4:45am start rip)

    - Set up the facebook event for painting day and space board games!
    - Helped run painting day
    - Cleaning and sorting and nicening paints
- Josh:
    - Covered for Kyle at the Mordheim wargamings event
    - Ran painting day, big attendance
    - Learnt about the boxes of boys without bits and bits without boys
    - Working on organising Call of Cthulu

- D&D Oneshot
    - It happened! The freshers really thought it was fun
    - Emerald's game ended up becoming a campaign
    - We were short on GMs, a bunch of people were waiting around for GMs to arrive - they may have started an impromptu game?
    - We had 5 GMs total, include a wins-late
    - Roughly 30 players

- Call of Cthulu
    - Josh is organising
    - Unfortunately Jack and Ellie couldn't do the same night so Josh is recruiting more GMs, has got Merlin
    - Happening Tuesday 17/3

- April Fools Oneshot?
    - Start brainstorming silly systems or games
    - Random one-pagers?

#### Magics

- Next prerelease is 19/4
- Ali was planning on starting Sealed League soon but will push it back
    - Alistair explains the running of a sealed league to the committee
    - Taylor proposes possible modifications to the format to make it easier for us - halving the number of weeks?
    - Considering making fixtures a matter of telling people their matches and having them figure out a time
    - Alistair postpones Sealed League back to a Week 5 start
- Learn 2 Magic event to run in week 4 (next week)
    - We can use this to push the sealed league
    - Learning event happening on Thursday, maybe Fri

- Alice has volunteered to buy new magics for us

#### Wargames

- Introduction to wargames event went really well
    - Josh had to take over from Kyle and put is Mordheim skills to the test

- Taylor and Alice are going to be doing allocations FOR REAL this weekend

#### LARP

- Would anyone be interested in running a LARP1001-type weekend event?
    - Emerald is sadly working on weekends

- Would the pro LARPers who have their weekly training at other venues be interested in running training sessions at UWA?

- What do we think about winter/summer LARP?
    - Previous LARP events where we collabed with pro LARPers have had very muddy organisation and leadership
    - Our options are to either cut off external bodies or be very serious business with them
    - Both summer LARPs we have run without pro LARPers have been a large strain on committees, both times Unisfa has had to step back or pull out
    - The smaller summer LARP unigames after unisfa pulled out a few months ago was a nice success
    - Winter larp was a small success previously but it is questionable comboing out of camp
    - Taylor advocates of option 2: serious business collab with pro LARP
    - The approach of "Unigames goes" to an existing big larp has a large barrier to entry
        - Could we try to figure out some kind of sweet deal for pricing if we bring a big crowd?
    - Taylor proposes her vision:
        - Hire a pro LARP organisation
        - They run a one- or half-day event on the UWA campus and are officially running it
        - We are provide bureaucratic powers and member base
        - We have to share the profits, they need to get paid
        - It would also have to fit around the timeline of when they are running games
    - Shattered World is happening in May this year
        - If we wanna do a Unigames Goes then we need to advertise soooon

- Cancelled due to the pandemic :/
- swancon would like to do online activities to make up for it
- Laura Hodge has reached out to us and is interested in options for tabletop gaming in a nonphysical format
- Swancon normally serves utility as a board games recon session, informing what is good and popular ahead of book buys. We should consider an alternative option

- The name poll has happened!
    - First prize "Untitled Goose REDACTED" - is a video game so can't be the REDACTED theme, we are keen to make it a scavenger hunt activity
