## Regulations

If you go through to the unigames website, you can see our regulations. Committee needs to approve of these now. Alistair reads through each of the regulations aloud.

- Regulation 1 (Vote of no complaining) 
    - Vote: Unanimous in favour
- Regulations 2 and 3 
    - approved by vote of no complaining
- Regulation 4 (library borrowing)
    - Taylor proposes a change:
        - Oldtext: "All "strikes" will be removed and all borrowing privileges reinstated at semester 1 O-Day and the start of Semester 2"
        - New text: "Each strike will last for a period of six months"
        - Approved by vote of no complaining
- Regulations 5 and 6
    - approved by vote of no complaining
- Regulation 7 (emptying the bins)
    - Taylor proposes a change:
        - Old text: "After emptying the bin or recycling bin outside the Unigames club room, or the bin in the loft, a club member may be awarded a free consumable worth up to 80¢ from the club."
        - New text: "After emptying a bin or recycling bin in Cameron Hall, a club member may be awarded a free consumable worth up to 80¢ from the club."
        - New text appended to end: "Members shall not be eligible to claim a free consumable if they have already received a reward for the same instance of that action from another club."
        - Approved by vote of no complaining
- Regulation 8
    - Approved by vote of no complaining.
- At this point Taylor motions that the Vice President should have access to the spare keys. Approved by vote of no complaining.
- Regulation 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17
    - Approved by vote of no complaining
- Regulation 18 (webkeepers)
    - Alistair proposes a change:
        - Old text "...additional administrator privilegeson..."
        - New text "...additional administrator privileges on"
        - Approved by vote of no complaining
>Autumn: Make these changes in the website

## Gatekeepers
>Taylor: Purge and repopulate the gatekeepers group based on this meeting

>Alistair: Reset the lock code

>Autumn: We need to reset all the passwords

- Liam Prince has been banned from the Unigames Club and club spaces until further notice.
    - If you have questions or concerns about this banning or the complaints process in general please contact a member of the unigames comittee prefering Alistair or Taylor or Alaura.
    - If you are not contacting anyone on committee please email Jacob Roosendaal at soc-president@guild.uwa.edu.au
