#### Cameron Hall-oween [26th October]:

- Lot of door sales

- Was well attended, nothing went disasterously wrong
- We almost missed some things
- No wrap-up meeting has happened yet, so stay tuned.

#### Un-Charity Vigil:
- Reps: Alaura, Aoibhinn, Kyle
- Alaura discusses a fundrasing goal: the wyrmwood gaming table
    - Pretty unrealistic, but a goal to get people funraising towards
    - Donald doesn't want all Uncharity money being committed towards one specific goal, but rather saved to bolster the club's accounts.

- Tentative date: 19th-22nd of June 2020
- Booking is "tentative". We missed a payment date because guild, so theortically someone could take that weekend.
- But if not, then we should be good.
- The alcohol situation should also be cleared up.

### Guild
- FilAus Incident:
    - Not recieved our apology.
    - We would like to get it resovled by the end of the Guild calender year.

    - There is an elevator meeting this Wednesday, at 3pm in the CCZ

    - The way we do handovers need to change
    - We currently treat the wrap-up meeting minutes as the "handover"
    - This is a bad idea
    - Make a document for each event, and copy and edit those documents each year
    - Taylor will test these changes with Charity Vigil

- Committee meetings during exam period:
    - Committee members are under no obligation to attend meetings during exam period
    - If you need to study/a break/go to a exam, then defintiely don't come
    - We'll keep the meeting time just in case.

- Splat buy:
    - Cthulhu Fluxx:
        - Since it didn't get approved at the book buy, Colin wants to splat buy Cthulhu Fluxx
        - Passes 5-1-1
        - >Alistair: Buy Cthulhu Fluxx along with the rest of the book buy stuff

- Post approval
    - We've had post approval on our facebook group for a while now
    - UniSFA recently got rid of it on their group.
    - Thoughts?
        - General consensus seems that the sitation is fine to turn it off now.
        - We trust our memberbase.
