#### Charity Vigil [28th/29th September]:
- Reps: Colin, Taylor
- So there was a $20 per hour overdue fee
- The machine was locked in UCC until they could be returned
- Discussion happening on what to do
- If the fine is applied, Unigames is not prepared to pay it
- It also should not come out of the charity money
- Another meeting to be scheduled
- Money has not been donated until we know the EFTPOS amounts
- Suggestions have been made to perhaps move Charity Vigil to semester 1, so that it doesn't "clash" with Relay for Life.
    - Possible 2020 vision meeting with other clubs to nail out event dates?

- Online sign-ups have closed
