- Seriously I emptied my wardrobe yesterday
- It's a big deal
- Super hype for Throne of Eldraine prerelease
- Not super hype for that whole weekend (charity vigil + prerelease + public holiday work)

#### Roleplay for Life [14th/15th September]:

- Taylor has taken the cash donations and deposited them into our account
- We are going to withdraw it so it can be donated to Relay for Life

#### Charity Vigil [28th/29th September]:
- Reps: Colin, Taylor
- Taylor is getting an after-hours access pass and floodlights
- The posters are up!
- It's this weekend!
- Taylor is emailing Tactics about prizes
- Colin has the start of an events plan
    - This should be published ASAP
    - Still no one-shots have been organised
    - Alaura recommends a Google form
    - Collab'ing with other reps
    - Various events are discussed

#### Relay for Life [12th/13th October]:
- Reps: Taylor + Elana, Emerald
- Next captains meeting is on the 25th of September @ 5pm
    - Elana will be going
- Battle Tin should go to UniSFA
- If people want to participate but don't have money, contact Taylor
- Need to start forming a roster

#### MCW - Multicultral Week [17th October]:
- We have a stall, 6PM-10PM
- No further updates

#### Cameron Hall-oween [26th October]:

- Alaura is now the photographer
- Felix has stepped down - do we want another UCC rep?

            - Apparently an RO can't be a past or current member, which is contrary to what we understand

    - Some games, like Imperial Assault or Flames of War have their own minis for use as game pieces
    - These minis have been removed from their respective games
    - This is not good
    - Also, our current mini box is not organised enough to the point where we don't know whether things are missing or not
    - We need to get this organised
    - We need to re-sort everything from scratch
    - Metal minuatures should probably be phased out.
