- I've been out of commission for the last 3 weeks because the universe has decided to deliver blow after blow
- I'm yet to be fully back up to date because things are yet to cool off

- Sent lots of emails, been very sick and haven’t come in much

### Treasurer's Report:

- Been to a charity vigil meeting
- Did some profcomp stuff, did some constitution stuff

### Secretary's Report:
- I did things
- I looked at the constitution
- And I sent an email to the mailing list!

### Librarian's Report:

- Made a post about board game guide entries
- Still need to figure out how to make AdEva one PDF instead of 10

#### LARP1001
- Reps: Colin, Emerald + Elana, Aoibhinn
- Event happened, 1 person showed up
- Event ran for half the time
- Lessons for next time:
    - Advertise better (poster, facebook invites, UWALARPers page, word of mouth at events
    - Run event as a training session, throwing drills, fighting drills, skirmishes, target practice and then LARP events (should write a schedule)
    - Should schedule a snack break
    - Set up with 1 person 30 min before the event was not enough, either earlier of with more people.

#### OGM [10th September]:
- New consitutional amendment was proposed
- Fixing a bunch of stuff, with two functional changes

#### Roleplay for Life [14th/15th September]:
- Reps: Alistair, Donald + Alaura
- EMP is mostly done
- Final touches are being put on it
- GMs have been talked to
- Games are being organised

#### Charity Vigil [28th/29th September]:
- Reps: Colin, Taylor
- Current clubs that are involved:
    - Unigames

- Panto has pulled out
- PCS might be involved
- Charity is Guild Food Pantry
    - They've confirmed we're good to go
- We have a list of what items cost from them, and we are looking into a thing that will show how many items have been donated
    - e.g. We've donated 10 loaves of bread or 8 bag of rice, etc.
- We're putting $10 as a budget towards emergency expenses, and any remainder will go to charity
- >Taylor: Contact Red Bull re. Charity Vigil 
- EMP has been submitted, so it can be advertised

#### Relay for Life [12th/13th October]:

- Battle Tin should be rotated around now
- Next captains meeting is not soon

- We havbe a stall, 6PM-10PM

#### Cameron Hall-oween [26th October]:

- EMP is close to being finished

- Unigames is cool with the subcommittee spending $10 on Facebook advertising
