LARP1001 ¶

Event happened, 1 person showed up
Event ran for half the time
Lessons for next time:
- Advertise better (poster, facebook invites, UWALARPers page, word of mouth at events
- Run event as a training session, throwing drills, fighting drills, skirmishes, target practice and then LARP events (should write a schedule)
- Should schedule a snack break
- Set up with 1 person 30 min before the event was not enough, either earlier of with more people.

New consitutional amendment was proposed
Fixing a bunch of stuff, with two functional changes

We have a list of what items cost from them, and we are looking into a thing that will show how many items have been donated
- e.g. We've donated 10 loaves of bread or 8 bag of rice, etc.
We're putting $10 as a budget towards emergency expenses, and any remainder will go to charity
