• A new GM wants to start a fresher campaign!
• Will probably deal with that next semester

CAMP - Fiends and Fae (Un-Redacted!) [21st-24th June]: ¶

• Poster is up!
• Taylor is still opening envolopes, so there's at least 11 sign-ups already!
• Please do sign-up early because Manjedal want's really early numbers.
• There was a big discussion about primarchs at camp.
  • Plans to make the 40K setting more accessible are in motion
  • Hopefully this will improve the experience for people who don't know any 40K lore.
• We'll print out a lot of hard-copies of stuff
• GMs: Bring a lot of character sheets if you are planning to run things
• A bit of discussion about check-boxes on sign-up forms
• Having a more accesible form of Camp feedback is ideal
  • Maybe a google form >Everyone: Buy a camp ticket!
• Discussions about camp sponsorship

Harry Potter LARP: ¶

• Jasmine perks up
• UniSFA and Harry Potter are both in agreement that it should be pushed back to next year
  • Reasons include: More planning time, Lyon Nathan grant, funraising, more choice of time-slot, etc.
• Unigames agrees
• Q: If we do fundraising for it this year, how do we protect that money?
  • A: Ask Guild to make an account for this event?
• Not dead yet, just mildly delayed

Winter Larp: ¶

• Aoibhinn was going to look into Panto helping out
• We should start though, on the assumption that we've got no help
• It's a super chill event
• Dates are still sometime in July or August
• Maybe run it a week or so after club carnival?
