	President's Report:
		- I bought a car
		- I submitted a major essay worth 50%
		- I studied for exam
		- I went down south
		- Shockingly I haven't done any Unigames stuff this week
		- The first time I've done nothing
		
	Vice-President's Report:
		- It's me
		- I have decided to step down from committee eventually, I haven't been contributing enough because of stress and other things, and it's not fair on the other committee
		- I will be stepping down at the beginning of second semester, so that we don't have to mess around with committee stuff during exams.
		- I love you all.
		- There's a big discussion on how committee appointment works.
		
	Treasurer's Report:
		- Grants are submitted
		- Food is restocked
		- NetSuite continues to have an endless vendetta against me

	Secretary's Report:
		- Hey there
		- Minutes have been uploaded onto the Archive for your reading pleasure!
		- I also bought more Magic
		- My job here is done

	Librarian's Report:
		- I talked to Chaise about doing the Boiz Box.
		- I think it's fine. 
		- Emily threatens Nadia.
		- I found the missing battle map, it was inside another map.
		- Whoops
		- I've also put stickers on them so we can identify them.
		- Colours: Purple, Black, Green, Orange
		- I also want more tubes for the maps
		- People haven't been checking their FB messages
		- I might have to revoke people's privileges. 
		- Emailing the Ludicrous Cogz folks soon
		- Should we include packing instructions for some of the games?
		- I don't wanna have to count Bamboleo every week
		Overdue Items:

	Fresher Rep's Report:
		- Freshers are alive and well
		- Card games event went well!
		- I got some sleep
		- And also got my essay in on time
		- A lot of effort went into the event
		- We need to keep track of games that are used for a board games night
		- Was a really successful event
		- ReFresherReWelcome is a thing that should happen

		Board Games:
			- Board games is card games and they're good
			- Board games are happening this week!

		One-Shots:
			- Jade wants to run a Paranoia one-shot 26th of June, Tuesday
			- Everyone is hype, we might need a second GM
			- Elenor can run it we're pretty sure
		Magic:
			- We have more Magic to sell
			- Buy our Dominaria packs
		War games:
			- A model was broken. We don't know if it was ours or not
			- It turns out it was Bens model
			- Hand was broken off accidentally(?) 
			- Take care of the models kids. They are expensive. If you see them on the floor, put them on the table.

	Events:
		Escape Hunt [2nd August]:
			- Nothing really new to report
		Quiz Night:
			- Long discussion about Quiz Night
			- Basically, spending money on prizes was never approved. So reimbursement of money for prizes can't happen.
			- We had three options to discuss.
				- Option A: Nobody gets any reimbursement for prizes (the technically correct option)
				- Option B: Everyone buy UniSFA gets $50 reimbursement (going off precedent)
				- Option C: Panto gets $90, UCC gets $60, Unigames gets $50 (reimbursing all prizes)
			- Unigames voted for:
				1) B
				2) A
				3) C
			- We might need to have another meeting if the votes conflict with other clubs.
		Winter LARP:
			- Currently in the process of deciding rules
			- Wanted it to be as clear and simple as possible
			- Jasmine is plugging it to as many freshers as possible
			- Look at the event page for more details
			- Poster is in the works
		End of Year LARP
			- Liam knows some people that we can contact.
			- We need to decide exactly what we want before contacting them.
		CAMP 2018:
			- We need to sell more tickets, we have four sold right now
			- More advertising is needed

			- Aoibhinn is making a list of books to bring down down, with community input
		Roleplay for Life [1st September]:
			- UCC has expressed interest in running one as well
		Charity for Vigil [22nd - 23rd September, maybe 28th-29th]:
			- Nothing to report, it's a while away
		Relay for Life [13th October]:
			- Nothing to report, it's a while away
		Halloween Party [Halloween-ish]
			- Nothing to report, it's a while away

	Book Buy:
		- We want another one next semester
			
	Room Update:
		- Cockroaches are still a thing
		- New neighbours are still yet to be officially announced.
		- We have keys for the filing cabinet!
			- Grand plan: Top drawer for secretary stuff, the rest will remain unlocked.
		
	Reimbursement:
		- Donald: $160 for Dominaria
		- Aoibhinn: $793.08 for food run, $25.90 for Keys
		- Alistair: $42.50 for Magic Maze
		
	General Business:
		- We want to label the money box to say "Gatekeepers Only - Do not touch"
			- Nadia is doing that right now.
		- Donald wants a new money box.
