		- I have been working on Semester 1 grants
		- We have spent over $7000 on food

		- I will be attending the Quiz Night discussion meeting
		- Gonna do a food run soon
		- Also, Quiz Night photos should be going up soon

	Usual Suspects:
		Board Games:
			- Card games? Not board games?
			- There are some people, at least more than eight, that are coming to the Card Games event that we are collabing with UWAnime
			- Board Games are chill, let's run that during study break
			- Wednesday 6th of June: De-stress board games!
			- Early afternoon
		One-Shots:
			- We can run small games after exams
			- We had two games for Dark Heresy 2 which is great
			- Is there anything else? No.
		Magic:
			- Drafts after exam? Sure
			- Battlebond draft after exams? Sounds sweet.
		War games:
			- The not army, small amount of models campaign is going well
			- People can still join, contact Jake
	Events:
		Escape Hunt [2nd August]:
			- It's happening, we have a date, Escape Hunt is hype.
			- We'll start selling tickets after Camp
		Quiz Night:
			- We worked out how many tickets everyone had sold, making some assumptions
			- There's some problems with the proposed cash split, we're sorting it out at another Quiz meeting tonight
			- Current thing we're gunning for is each club is compensated $50 except UniSFA for prizes
		Winter LARP:
			- Facebook event is up
			- Tickets can be sold in both clubrooms
			- Posters are in progress
		Harry Potter LARP:
			- Officially dead
			>Gavin: Follow up on Harry Potter LARP
		End of Year LARP
			- Shadowrun LARP
			- Technically start of next year
			- Either do it entirely ourselves or completely outsource it
			- Relatively NPC intensive, 3/5ths NPCs.
			- We should get NPCs to have timetables, schedules, etc. so that they know where they have to be at what time
			- Is there a reason it has to be Shadowrun? It's popular, and we're known to run it. But we aren't married to the idea
			>Nadia: Figure out who to contact re. contracting.
			- Once we know it's viable, talk to UniSFA about options. 
		CAMP 2018:
			- Posters are printed, they need to go up!
			- Bureaucracy all done!
			- We got a mental health first aid thing from Guild, which is sweet!
			- Rosters are all solidified!
			>Alaura: Make list of Board Games to bring to camp
			>Aoibhinn: Make list of RPGs to bring to camp
			>Taylor + Alaura: Test food quantities/have dinner party
		Roleplay for Life [1st September]:
			- Aoibhinn and Alaura are managing
		Charity for Vigil [22nd - 23rd September, maybe 28th-29th]:
			- Jasmine + Nadia are managing
			>Gavin: Ask clubs if they are in for Charity Vigil
		Relay for Life [13th October]:
			- Alistair is team captain
			- Taylor promises she's not gonna get a fever
		Halloween Party [Halloween-ish]
			>Gavin: Ask clubs if they are in for Halloween
			- Alaura + ??? managing
		- Have an idea for an event> Speak to us about it!

	Book Buy:
		- Magic Maze still needs to be picked up
		- Banishment has been ordered
		- Decide when the next book buy is at the start of next semester
			
	Room Update:
		- Cockroaches are still a thing
		- New neighbours to be announced soon.
		
	Reimbursement:
		- Alistair owed $70 for Banishment
		
	General Business:
		- Small battlemap is missing
			- That's worrying
		- Once filing cabinet is sorted, we should put blank character sheets in it
