OPENING REPORTS
PRESIDENT
Talking to Chloe later, will be checking that our events are all g. Interesting things have been happening with the borrowing system. Club carnival went well! We’ve had heaps of sign ups, and the O-Day grants have been submitted (although we haven’t heard anything back). We don’t get Club Carnival grants :(
VICE PRESIDENT
Did stuff regarding stuff. All in the general items, no big deal.
TREASURER
We have money! I have been moving money from one box to another box. I deposited some money the other day ($390). 
SECRETARY
Everything is super organised, you’re welcome.
LIBRARIAN
The new borrowing system has been tested. I have prepared a book buy list (lots of interesting things to buy). General life etc.
FRESHER REP
I have been giving people lollies to win their affection.
AGENDA ITEMS
1. Choosing Gatekeepers
* Aim to start with a small group, and expand later if we need it. Members can reapply later if they feel their situation has changed and their application is more suitable. 
2. Finding a place to fix the money box
* On the back wall next to the whiteboard. Roland will do it eventually. 
3. Library Borrowing System
* Roland will get a plastic case to keep student cards + post-it notes in, in the money box for short term, and make forms to be filled out for long term borrowing
4. Camp dates
* 27th-29th (i.e arrive on the 27th, leave on the 30th) – first weekend of the holidays, right after exams. Price aim: $80- $100. All food will be provided
5. Room bookings for Sarah
* She can have it in return for free tickets that we can use as prizes, and we will also be listed as a sponsor
6. Facebook page and non-members
* We will leave the page open to past members. Leave mailing list open as well. 
7. Can Gabby buy a thing?
* Gabby can buy a thing. (cool new tabbed folder)
8. UWASCA booking the loft every Thursday night – concerns that it will disrupt our member
* Rowan will talk to them and make sure everything’s all g.
9. Overnight pass
* Rowan will talk to the Guild President about getting 24 hour access. 
ACTION ITEMS
1. Steven’s Magic draft
* Some Theros has been bought! Planning on using the Theros packs as prizes, and using another pack for the actual draft. Might do two drafts if there is enough interest. Aiming for not next week, but the week after.
2. Frames’s GM panels
* Julian can’t do it anytime soon. All other possible panellists have been contacted (Roland, Leonard, and Jacob). The panel will be on player characters. Will probably be next Friday.
3. Jon’s nWoD one shots
* Event is up (on the 20th of March). Will poke GMs about running things.  
4. Frames’s Gatekeeper poster
* Postponed.
5. Rowan, Jake, and Ruisi’s Club Carnival Booth
* It was really good, JVB’s an idiot, we had fun. A good number of people came up to chat. It was good because it allowed people to actually talk to us, it was a lot more personal than O-Day. Everyone also seemed a lot more interested and were a lot more engaging. Only one person asked about sportsball. Recommend doing it again in the future. Jake apologises for not believing in Rowan.
6. Roland’s Fresher campaigns
* People keep expressing interest. Help. One person pulled out. As it stands there are 13 respondees (including our beloved Fresher rep), which is less than a 50% response rate. Wants to wait until we have at least a 50% response rate before assigning people to campaigns, but time is running out so will text/call everyone who hasn’t responded then start assigning the respondees to campaigns and will put everyone else on a waiting list/ assign them to campaigns as they respond. 
7. Jon and Roland’s splat buy
* Jon min/max’ed the book buy. He can get every book we want (except Bigger Bads) for $76 over budget. If we want Bigger Bads it will be $100-and-something over budget, but probably not worth. Suggests we go over budget for Book of Spirits and Second Sights. Jacob Collins has used splat rules to buy Into the Storm for the club (thank you!). No-one objects to going $76 over budget for the Book of Spirits and Second Sights, so Jon will buy it literally tonight. 
8. Rowan’s Website revamp
* Delayed.
