OPENING REPORTS
PRESIDENT
There is going to be a Busy Bee on the second weekend of the study break (26th or 27th of April). Will host the board games night the Monday after that. The $250 has been approved by SoC, we need to provide receipts for Fresher Campaigns before we apply for semester grants. We have most of the receipts, Rowan will deal with it (with help from Roland and Sarah). Hopefully within 3 weeks. President Summit is next Wednesday, will be attending. Hopefully we will all benefit. 
VICE PRESIDENT
Getting a job, yay productive human. Need to get EMP underway, will do first draft this week, will report next week. My stuff got stolen, not cool. Very disappointed. 
TREASURER
Hell yeah it’s going well. The money is happy. We have $2826.59, $131.00 more than last week, even though buying lots of food!
SECRETARY
Have actual stuff to report this week! Updated website with newer, edgier dragon, and did a bit of editing of the text on various pages, fixing typos and updating a bit of info (email addresses etc.) 
LIBRARIAN
I think the books are happy? There is a book buy that needs to be done. Audit could be a good idea. Maybe in mid semester break. 
FRESHER REP
Someone was apparently not assigned to a Fresher campaign. Nope, false alarm. (He was assigned to Rowan (Ashwin’s) campaign and hadn’t responded to his emails)
AGENDA ITEMS
1. Loft + Magic
* Loft is messy. Rowan suggests putting up posters at busy bee. Rowan will talk to tenancy about this. Someone post in the Magic, Gatekeeper, Unigames pages and Cameron Hall forum. (We’ll probably discuss this more next week)
* There has been theft of Magic cards, which is apparently fairly common but it’s never brought to us. JVB wants to change this attitude. JVB wants to have a big rant on the Magic page, and get people to report theft to us. (Rant has been approved)
* Jeremy wants to use our letterhead to get cards for drafts. He needs to CC us (unigames-committee@guild.uwa.edu.au), we’ll also assign a committee member to oversee next meeting. 
2. Hard drive/ thumb drive
* To store electronic copies of our stuff (character sheets). We can keep it on the pink lanyard. 
* 16 GB thumb drive. Someone will do it. Gabby will do it. 
3. Kickstarter
* Roland wants a policy for using Kickstarter. We aren’t against it, but we need to treat each on a case-by-case basis for how much to spend it. 
4. Do we want UCC to put more internet/ webcam in our clubroom? 
* Who knows?!? (Discuss next week)
5. Gate (Panya)
* Once Steven gets a job, he won’t be able to do much Magic stuff. Panya will do that. 
* We accept Panya onto Gate. Jake will run him through Gate responsibilities. 
LOW PRIORITY AGENDA ITEMS
1. T-shirts
* Frames is also interested in dice-bags. 
* Roland says go hard or go home.
* Gabby and Sarah will research.
2. New camp theme
* JVB wants to organise this stuff later down the line. 
ACTION ITEMS
1. Jake’s one shots
* 40k night went well. Hooray!
* Jake thinks that the division of players was sub-optimal (needed a better spread of experienced/ inexperienced players over the 3 one-shots). Frames disagrees. Was a communication failure. Next time Jake needs to talk to GM’s earlier and make sure everyone is on the same page. 
* DnD will still be the next one. Probably a day event during study week.
2. Jake’s character sheets
* Done some. Doing rest. 
3. Steven’s magic drafts
* Postponed
4. Frames’ GM panels
* It happened. Some people complained that there was too much controversy, not enough advice. Think that the topic was particularly unpopular. 
* Next one will be the build-a-campaign, after study week.
* Need a portable whiteboard for next one. Maybe borrow from Guild. 
5. Steven’s quiz night + Rowan’s EMP
* Rowan France did EMP. Probably. Shouldn’t be any hitches. 
6. Rowan’s Website
* Sad laughter, hopeful glances.
* Technically stuff has been done a bit (thanks Secretary)
* Gabby free reign a bit aesthetically
7. Frames’ mailing list + email aliases
* It remains mysterious. Gabby and Frames will try harder to get responses from IT. Woe. 
8.  Rowan’s board games night
* Would like to be bigger/ more open to public than last one. Sarah thinks the public cares. Rowan will talk to someone about getting posters made. Apparently that’s something Guild does?
9. Steven’s SCA relations. 
* Steven is absent.
