PRESIDENT
Had Gatekeeper meeting, several tenancy meetings. Yeah. Quiz night is progressing nicely. Thing is on the wall.
VICE PRESIDENT
Paid Camp Lesh the deposit. Need to get EMP sorted by end of April. Will start selling tickets at end of April also (when EMP is through). Won’t be any big props (i.e. wizard robes) because they aren’t good for our money.
TREASURER
Currently have $3092. Up $430 from last week, thanks to Magic. Haven’t paid deposit yet though. We are making money. 
SECRETARY

1. Art competition
* Players draw nice things. We should put them on a board. Maybe our favourite on the board at the end of semester gets a prize. Jon is violently opposed. Steven is less violently opposed. We’ll encourage players and GMs to put art on the walls, won’t make it a competition. 
2. Sarah to get keys?
* Jon is violently opposed. Sarah will get the President’s keys. Jon is less violently opposed to this solution. 
3. Jacob’s Freezer
* We’ll give it back to Jacob (thanks Jacob) and use the space for a filing cabinet for GMs to store stuff in. Frames will acquire.

ACTION ITEMS
1. Gabby + Rowan’s Gatekeeper Meeting
* Happened. Talked through the form, everything was g. Everyone should have security’s number in their phone. If you find a -$5 note please submit it to Roland for study. 
2. Jake’s one shots
* Have 2 GMS – Cam Locke and Rowan France (Deathwatch and Core DH), Jake will run another if we need it. All ready for Thursday at 5pm. Seems to be a good number of people coming. Will have to change the night around because Cam has fresher campaigns Thursday nights + there is SCA to contend with. Will sort out. 
3. Steven’s magic draft
* Next one will be after panto. 
4. Frames’ GM panel
* New GM set is Thatcher, Leonard and Jon. Should be good. Roland is moderating. Probably 5pm on Monday. 
5. Steven’s quiz night	
* On the 2nd of May. Sponsorship letters were handed out last Wednesday. EMP hasn’t been done yet. Rowan will do it. Blair has drafted a poster. Also need to make questions. 
6. Frames’ gatekeeper poster
